Surface

1. Original surface (No.1)

Features: The surface treated by heat and pickling after hot rolling or hot extrusion has high roughness and is grayish white.
Application: Generally used in industrial occasions with low surface requirements, such as structural parts, pipelines, etc.

2.2B surface

Features: Silvery white, smooth surface, with a certain glossiness
Application: Can be used for any purpose.

3. Pickling surface

Features: After pickling, the oxide scale is removed, and the surface is matte grayish white, slightly rough, and has a uniform matte texture.
Application: Chemical equipment, heat exchangers, etc.

4. Sand Blasting/Shot Blasting

Features: High-speed sand or steel shot impact forms a uniform rough surface with a matte texture.
Application: Parts that require spraying or wear resistance.

5. Bright Annealed Surface (BA)

Features: Annealed in a protective atmosphere (such as hydrogen), the surface is smooth and shiny, close to the mirror effect.
Application: Food, medical, electronics and other high-cleanliness industries.

6. Polished surface

Mechanical polishing: The surface is smooth but may have fine lines, divided into different grades

7. Hairline/Satin Finish
